Terms & Conditions

By booking with Candy Coders Cocktails LLC, you agree to the terms below:

 

  1. Booking & Payments: A $25 non-refundable deposit per guest is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice.​

  2. Full payment is due 7 days before the event.Travel Fee: Events held more than 50 miles from our base may incur an additional $25–$50 travel fee.​

  3. Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and the remaining balance will be charged.

  4. Age Requirement: All guests must be 21+ and consume alcohol responsibly.

  5. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing any alcohol used, in accordance with local laws. We do not supply or serve any alcohol.

  6. Setup & Breakdown: We arrive 1.5 hours prior to set up. The client must provide a clean, accessible space for the class.

  7. No Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for guest no-shows or last-minute reductions in headcount.
