Booking & Event Policy
Dry Mobile Cocktail Class Experience
Candy Coders Cocktails offers dry, mobile cocktail-making classes, perfect for celebrations such as birthdays, bridal showers, date nights, or team-building events. The business operates by traveling to clients’ homes or event spaces. We bring all supplies (minus alcohol), including tools, ingredients (non-alcoholic bases or mixers), and class materials.
We are NOT a bar, restaurant, or catering service. We do NOT serve or sell alcohol. This is a dry experience, and when requested, clients are responsible for providing and handling any liquor they wish to use, in accordance with their own private consumption and local ordinances.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $25 per guest is required once you receive a confirmed booking invoice.
​
This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice to officially hold your event date.
​
Final payment is due no later than 7 days (1 week) before the event date.
Invoices depending on what payment client uses, will include a 1% bank transaction fee, or 2.9% visa, Mastercard, Discover fee or 3.4% AMEX to cover bank/credit card processing fee costs.

**Disclaimer: any travel beyond 50 miles of the Candy Coders Headquarters will be an additional charge of $25-$50 to grand total.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to avoid full charges.

If canceled less than 48 hours prior, the card used for the deposit will be charged the remaining balance in full.
​
No refunds are issued for guest no-shows or last-minute reductions in guest count after final payment.
Changes to Guest Count
Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days in advance. Increases after final invoice will be accommodated based on availability, and must be paid in full immediately.
Arrival, Setup & Breakdown
Candy Coders Cocktails will arrive at least 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to the event start time for setup. Please ensure the event space is ready, and that all liquor is on-site and accessible by the time we arrive. Additional details will be provided in your free cocktail consultation.
Client Requirements
Provide a clean, safe space with good lighting and enough table space for each guest.

All guests must be 21+ and able to consume alcohol responsibly in accordance with Illinois state law.
